Requires a minimum of 1-2 year’s hospital experience as a RN.
At least one-year critical care experience for ICU positions
Ability to demonstrate flexibility in the work environment, performing a variety of changing tasks. Strong interpersonal skills sufficient to work closely with others on a team. Be able to sustain concentration and prolonged commitment to tasks.
Display a high level of cognitive, interpretive or judgement skills. Ability to influence others, plan, negotiate, direct, control or monitor others’ activities. Strong written and verbal communication skills
EDUCATIONAL/LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of California.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- BLS
- ACLS (ICU)
- Current Driver’s License
- Current Immunization Record
