No. At Flexible Healthcare Solutions, you have complete control to accept or decline shifts, and can modify your availability at any time. There is no minimum number of shifts or hours that employees must accept. Regular communication with our clinical dircetors is essential to efficiently manage your schedule and get you the shifts you want, when you want them. You can also log into our system to check your schedule or update your availability using a computer or smartphone

Our employees are paid weekly, every Friday. Here’s how it works: Our payroll cycle runs weekly, from Monday 7am PST – Monday 7am PST. During the week, as you work shifts, simply update your timesheet to include the exact time, date and hours you worked and have a facility supervisor sign the timesheet to indicate approval. Each week, we process payroll for all timesheets submitted via email for the week prior. Timesheets are due each Monday by 12:00pm PST.

Absolutely not! Flexible Healthcare Solutions requires that nurses and other healthcare professionals not only stay current on necessary practice licenses and certifications but also provide copies of all relevant documentation as part of the onboarding process. The hiring facility will also designate required discipline and experience levels for the shifts they are looking to fill to ensure that they are getting the same quality of employees as those they would hire directly.

Onboarding times may vary, but we have account managers available 24/7 ready to handle any staffing emergency, even if you’re a new client. The entire process from the initial call to filling your first shift can happen in a matter of hours.
